Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on: the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping destination and the selected shipping method.

Any free shipping will be clearly displayed.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
