How to Use/Activation Information:

1. Initial Soak: Submerge the neck wrap in water for 10 minutes so the crystals inside swell and form a firm gel.
   
   
2. Remove Excess Water: Gently squeeze the neck wrap to remove excess water. Briefly rub the inside and outside with a towel to absorb remaining moisture and wipe away any excess gel and residue.
   
   
3. Hang to Dry: Hang the neck wrap until the material is completely dry.
   
   
4. Freeze: Once dry, the neck wrap can now be placed in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
   
   
5. Handling After Freezing: If the neck wrap is stiff after freezing, gently manipulate it to soften. If the material has frozen together, do not force it open; allow it to defrost slightly.
   
   
6. Ready to Use: Your ArcticHeat Neck Wrap is now ready to wear. For optimal cooling, use directly from the freezer or an ice water slurry.
7. Re-activation: When the crystal/gel starts to dehydrate and become less firm, begin the activation process again from step 1.

Care Instructions:

Storing:

• While in its activated (gel) state, store the neck wrap by hanging in a well-ventilated area. DO NOT STORE IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
  
  
• For long-term storage, allow the neck wrap to completely dehydrate (returning it to crystal form) before storing.
  
  
• To re-activate after long-term storage, start from step 1 of the activation process.

Washing:

• Simply hand wash the neck wrap in warm water with mild soap for no more than 2 minutes.
  
  
• Hang to dry.

Please Note:

• Occasionally, small beads of gel may appear; this is normal. Simply wipe them away with a cloth.
  
  
• The gel crystals are non-sensitive to skin and mucous membranes, are not absorbed by the skin, and are non-toxic.
