Designed specifically for cockpit environments, Chillstream uses an integrated pump system to deliver fluids directly to the driver's helmet through insulated tubing, ensuring consistent hydration access throughout race sessions. The Chillstream Race Hydration System utilises a powered pump unit housed within a compact cylindrical mounting system designed for integration into motorsport vehicle interiors. Fluids are stored within interchangeable Bottle Pods, allowing drivers or teams to quickly swap hydration reservoirs between sessions or during pit stops.

The integrated pump system provides consistent fluid flow directly to the driver via insulated tubing, enabling hands-free hydration access without interrupting driving performance.

The modular Bottle Pod design allows multiple filled pods to be prepared in advance, supporting efficient changeover strategies and ensuring hydration availability across extended race durations.

How It Works

Fluid is stored within the interchangeable Bottle Pod and delivered through insulated tubing to the driver via an integrated pump system.

The driver accesses hydration through a bite valve mouthpiece, allowing controlled fluid intake without removing hands from the steering wheel.

When a Bottle Pod is empty, it can be quickly removed and replaced with a pre-filled pod, supporting efficient hydration management across race sessions.
